Clarity Gap — The Lost Leader

The Clarity Gap shows up when you've been so focused on performing leadership that you've lost sight of who you actually are as a leader. You're competent, even respected — but your leadership shifts depending on the room. You lead differently with your boss than with your team. You respond differently in public than in private. There's no stable centre.

But there's a version of you that holds back — especially in high-stakes moments, senior rooms, or situations where being wrong feels costly.
